Withdrawal / Return Policy
Club6 offers you the opportunity, if you wish to change the product you have purchased, to do so within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
The return is accepted if:
- The product was returned in its original condition and packaging, without damage.
- It has not been used or altered.
- It is accompanied by the purchase document.
To return your order, we would like you to first contact us either by phone at 6975796089 or by email at [email protected] to accept your request.
Our company will immediately arrange for the return of your order.
Returns are NOT accepted on specific custom made products that are prepared to order (trials), as well as on earrings for hygiene reasons.
The customer is responsible for the costs of returning the product. For a refund, the product and its packaging must be in its original condition without damage and must have been delivered within 14 days of the date of receipt of your order.
If the payment was made by debit card, the money will be returned to the bank account where you made the purchase.
If the product you received is defective, you can return it to us at no additional cost. If it is found to be defective, it will be replaced with a new product (if in stock, otherwise a refund will be issued.)
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection, as in force, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance purchase contract within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, without requiring justification.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please complete and submit the online form below. After submitting your request, you will receive a confirmation of receipt and will be informed about the product return process.
The right of withdrawal applies only in the cases provided for by applicable law and does not apply, among others, in the following cases:
- Products that have been manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or have been clearly personalized (custom or made-to-order products).
- Products that deteriorate or expire soon.
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for reasons of public health or hygiene protection and have been unsealed after delivery.
- In other cases that are excluded from the right of withdrawal according to Law 2251/1994.
Note: For reasons of public health and safety, returns are not accepted for food, perishable products, products that require refrigeration or freezing conditions, as well as for products that have been manufactured or formulated according to the customer's specifications or special requirements.
