Club6 offers you the option, if you wish to change the product you have purchased, to do so within 5 days from the day you receive your order.

The return is accepted if:

  • The product was returned in its original condition and packaging, without damage.
  • It has not been used or altered.
  • It is accompanied by the purchase document.

To return your order, we would like you to first contact us either by phone at 6975796089 or by email at [email protected] to accept your request.

Our company will immediately arrange for the return of your order.

Returns are NOT accepted on specific custom made products that are prepared to order (trials), as well as on earrings for hygiene reasons.

The customer is responsible for the costs of returning the product. For a refund, the product and its packaging must be in its original condition without damage and must have been delivered within 5 days of the day you received your order.

If the payment was made by debit card, the money will be returned to the bank account where you made the purchase.

If the product you received is defective, you can return it to us at no additional cost. If it is found to be defective, it will be replaced with a new product (if in stock, otherwise a refund will be issued.)
